Default Gettin' Started

I have a '95 Civic EX (stock) with a Cold Air Intake system recently installed. I was wondering what should be the next step in getting this thing tricked out. I know of many parts that can be installed, but the order is more of what I am looking for. I want to take care of performance before looks. Any suggestions would be helpful...Thanks!

most would probably say exhaust. go for a full cat-back system or a header (4-1).

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Any recommendations on good headers? What about a manifold?
