I just got my car back from the dealer from its major and they said the front struts are leaking and front compliance bushings are worn out.

The car is a  2001 Civic EX coupe.

I was thinking of getting coilovers for the car and installing it myself.  Does anyone have any pictures of where the compliance bushings are.  Are those on the LCA's?

Will coilovers help body roll, because my car rolls quite a bit and its very annoying.

Option 2: Replace front struts and add a rear anti-sway bar.

This seems like the cheaper route.  Im not sure exactly which parts I will need but on the maint. report they list Front Damper/Strut/Shock The est. part price is $144 for each one and $282 for labor.  I do not feel like paying the dealership anymore overpriced labor costs.  If anyone can show me were to get these parts online that would be great.

Also the honda dealer wants to charge me 260 dollars in labor to replace the lower control arm bushings.  Is it that hard of a job?  I think I am def. going to do that myself.  I think I am also going to order a Progress 22mm rear sway bar.  I cant stand the body roll!  New shocks will have to wait till next paycheck.

if it's a weekend cruiser, coilovers are fine, but they get old when you drive on them daily, it's just too harsh.  i suggest option 2.

Do coilovers and front/rear sway bars.  Itll handle like its on rails.
