I see why everyone should need cats but a good high flow costs about or over $100 more than an ebay test pipe so I just can't justify spending that much one something that will make my car lose power.  Also since I have nitrous if I miss a shift and pour too much raw fuel through my exhaust it will end up clogging or ruining the expensive cat, also I don't have emissions tests and my test pipe looks like a cat so I can pass a "visual inspection" that a cop might want to give me, I don't have a CEL and my wideband gauge o2 sensor is plugged into the test pipe which makes it look like my secondary is plugged into a cat so test pipe is just the all around better option for me.

IMO you have a good reason to use a test pipe though (since you have nitrous and could easily ruin the cat).
