i got a b18a1 and i wanna put in a new clutch and fly wheel and i have no idea what setup is good for a nice dailydriver/ street and some track here and there. i know i proably just wanna stage 2 clutch but im not sure what brand. as for the fly im stuck on what weight i want. i know i got the options of just a new stock one but i waqnt a liter one. like 12.5lbs i think that is the one. but ya just shoot me some ideas

I'm pretty sure with the lighter flywheels you'll have advantages and disadvantages (depending on setup with it). It will spin faster and rev up quicker which will be great for straight aways, but you'll have some power loss going up hills and may experience problems upshifting. Correct me if i'm wrong.

ok ok well i understand what you mean. im useing a b18a1 and ls tranny. i plan on upgrading some of the engine. i have a built head i can get. i wanna due some internuls on the block but then im looking at a couple grand. but for noe i know i want a stage 2 clutch but like i said it will be somthing i drve daily. so ya you may say just use the stock one but i do want it to rev just a lil faster. o and hoe much does the stock fly weight???? and is a 12.5 lb. fly bout what i can put on without sacrifycing the up clime to much????

I would just get the flywheel you currently have resurfaced, but if you have the extra money to spend a flywheel wont hurt. an ACT flywheel is $225-$250 depending on type. On procivic they give you some information about it, but remember they want to sell you this, so might not be as sugar coated as they say.

With your engine I down think you'll have that much problem to be honest with hills, but it will probably have a different feel like haveing to have your rpm's higher in certain gears.
