Default b18b on boost?

Hey guys, I have been thinking about getting a h22a swap into my eg hatch, or the gsr swap as well. But I was comparing prices and this is what it is with labour by a friend.

H22a installed $3500
GSR swap installed $3400

Now mind thats without a new clutch and flywheel but he will throw them on for free I just got to supply that.

Ive been thinking though, he can have a b18b motor/trans installed in my civic for $2100.I was thinking I might do this and then set it up on turbo. What kind of boost pressure can I run a bone stock b18b? Is it still around 6-7psi like a d series? And if I build the important/weak internals for boost what are the smartest parts to replace. I figure with the money one either motor above I could easily put a b18b in, piece together a turbo setup and still have some cash for a clutch/flywheel and a few good tunes on the dyno. What you guys think? (My goals are around 190hp and decent torque even with turbo same goal) What kind of power can I make on a b18b running say 7psi boost? mabey 8 if its safe
