Hey guys I just bought a new 08 Si (habanero red ftw.) I had my last Civic (a 99 LX) for 9 years and decided to trade up to the 4 door. I am interested in performance mods (which I have never done before) and maybe a little visual mod. I guess I will spend most of my day trolling around here looking for tips. If anyone has any advice where to start I am open to suggestions.

Congrats on your new car and welcome. I wouldn't add any performance mods that may void your warranty.

You don't have to worry about mods voiding your warranty completely.
Only certain ones will effect certain parts of the warranty.
For example, if you get yourself a CAI or SRI then you will not have to worry about the dealership not taking car of you and honoring your warranty when it comes to, say, your power wiindows, or seatbelts, or radio.
Safe, easy, first mods are the simple Intake, Header, Exhaust; check out the stickys and FAQ
And use the search button, it really does work.

Well...I've dealt with procivic.com on many occasions and basically I have nothing go to say about them.
They really don't have the lowest prices (on products or shipping costs), they don't honor their 110% lowest price gaurantee (I've tried it), and their customer service isn't really that great either.
(e.g. I found rotors on there that I was going to purchase, I saw them cheaper at TireRack.com, I brought it to their attention because I knew about the 110% gaurantee, I sent them an email about it. They said they would give me a $5.00 off coupon. Needless to say, I still saved more money at TireRack.com, a saving of I believe $46.39.) So that's my .02 on Procivic.com. Sorry to jack your thread. haha

i just use procivic to look for parts that will fit cause they got that organized and since they are over priced it gives me a goal on how much to save up because i have learned when you buy expensive stuff like for you car you should probably save up another 200 bucks for other stuff or when something goes wrong. But i wouldnt get anything from them unless they honored there discount thing
