Default Greddy Evo2

Has anyone ever had a loud ratteling problem with a greddy evo2 catback. I have a 2004 honda civic getting a really high pitched rattle. Went back and tightened everything and check for anything that could and there is nothing. Im pretty sure it is coming from the muffler itself.

when does it make the noise? at idle, when you accelerate or when? Also, are you sure its your muffler? There have been lots of problems with the EVO2 and the heat shield, i had the problem.

check your hangers, also make sure your muffler isnt hitting the bumper. wait for your car to cool, climb down, and give your exhaust a good shake, listen for a noise.

Well a rattle is easy to fix, so dont give up, as the guys said before get down there and check it out, pull the heat shields if you have to, check the bumper, and check all the hangers, they slide into a rubber boot, if all else fails spray so WD40 on the rubbers and see if that helps....I have had mine for three years and never had a problem. However i did loose a hanger once and it was rattling some but dont give it up yet, rember how ****ty stock exhaust sounds!
