04 Civic LX Sedan Exhaust

I just received a 2004 civic lx sedan from my dad and was wondering if their are any exhaust specifically made for the lx sedan? If not, i was reading the exhaust faq and i read about changing the lx setup to ex. is this something my dad (mechanic for 18 yrs) and i could do in the garage or do we have to go to a shop? and is it a easy mod or is this pretty complicated? Thanks any help would be much appreciated.

For The exhaust as long, as it say's fits (2004 4/dr civic's) it will fit. I like to buy my parts off ebay.

Magnaflow makes CAT-backs for just about every Honda. The sound is very low-tone and increases in volume exponentially as the revs climb. I highly recommend them.
