My first place!
 

Well me and 3 of my friends got our first place. It's just a mile or two from the college we all go to, 4 bedroom, 2 stories, big living room, big kitchen, fenced in back yard, back shed, patio, from porch, all the goods. I've got my own room FINALLY, its a nice change after living in the dorms for a year haha anyway here are a few pics, just overall really stoked on it, thought i'd share!

$900/month + utilities, but we've got a kid living in one of the really small rooms and he's paying our utilities, so its $900 between 4 guys. And yes, PBR Tony

Nice first move! Are you renting or did you buy? because if its yours you guys should fix that place up and then sell it. You can make a nice chuck on change.....

next year ill be paying like 650 a month for rent..not looking forward to that.
