Did you guys hear about his friend that was the passenger? He will never be the same for the rest of his life.

The way I look at it, if they switch spots in the car, whatever the other kid would've got in jail, that's what they should sentence Nick to. Just because he has money doesn't mean he gets away.

The thing about it is it never would have gotten this far if he was not who he is. His driving record before this would have gotten a normal teens DL pulled but being his dad is who he is that nevver happened. A guy from around here got into a wreck because of street racing and had nowhere near the driving record Nick had and he got 8 years for attempted vehicular manslaughter
