Inatke manifold and transmission any connection? HELP ASAP
 

So any help will be greatly appreciated so I did an IM swap on my GSR swapped civic, now it starts and runs fine and everything, only one problem now the clutch does not fully disengage thus not allowing me to put it into gear. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is there a vacuum line that I should be looking at that connects the two? I am so baffled so any help is appreciated.
