Hello, I have a 00 Civic Vp.  Completely stock.  It's my wifes driver.  The stock manifold cracked around 80,000 miles.  It cracked at the 02 sensor, and wrapped around the manifold.  I replaced it with a stock over the counter deal from Napa.  The car turned over 127,000 and now I noticed when driving cold it has an exhaust leak again.  I pulled the heat shield off to reveal a crack in the same place.

Do they make a good manifold, or a 50 state legal header?  I want it to run good of course, but it's no drag Civic.  It has to pass a smog test.  Any suggestions appreciated.  THANKS, Jason.

if you dont want to replace it for awhile then go to a dealership and buy a brand new header from them. and tell her to stop driving thru large puddles.LOL
