Default Civic 06 Sedan FM tuning frequency problem, tunes only odd numbered frequencies. !!!

Hello,
I just bought a OEM CD/MP3/Radio from US to be installed in my Civic in Bahrain where Civicis are sold without MP3 players.
I got this installed with Honda dealer and it works fine. The only problem I am having with this is that I cannot tune to FM frequecies which have even values (like 102.4, 102.6 or 102.8 etc) but I can only tune to odd frequencies (likke 102.1, 102.3 or 102.5 etc.). I know that this is because all FM frequencies in the USA are always in odd numbers. But there sure must be some way to change the location in the unit from USA to say Europe or rest of the world. I read in the Clarion website that this can be changed but I am not aware how.
The model of the player is : 39100-SVA-A01 / PH-2679C
I even bought a repair manual from manualparadise.com but that did not have anything about changing settings etc.
I would really appreciate if any of you guys know a solution to this problem.
Thanks.
