I think one full revolution of the crankshaft would pull about the volume (liters) of all four cylinders. Multiply this cylinder volume by the engine rpm, then multiply the product by the time (one minute) to get your approximate answer in liters of air. Cylinder volume (liters/rev) X engine rpm (rev/min) X 1 min = volume (liters)
