I have a 99 dx hb. and i have a small leak that accumulates water in my spare tire area. The way the seal fits its hard to imagine it leaks through this...and i cant find a replacment seal anywhere.....  everyone offers this generic P.O.S. looking addon seal that you install around the old bad seal.  Is there anywhere else it could be leaking from? or anyone had this problem before?

hey man my 96 hatch has a leak like that as well. I figured out that it was actually coming through where the taillight meets the body. but i dont really know how to fix it other than replacing the taillights and i didnt want to do that so mine still leaks

i've been battling leaks too!!!! i think mine might be coming from the tails. i'm gonna sprinkle flour in various places and see where it washes away after it rains or i spray the car with the hose. just havent had time.

Definetly sounds like a common issue that we need to find a solution too....mines seems to leak only on the passanger side and too far forward to be taillights...might be though...i could always pull the trim out and have some one hose down my car to see from the inside.
