Default Random Wire hanging???

Hey I was looking at the floor of my car today on the drivers side and noticed a plug hanging. I just got a whole new audio system installed and was wondering what wire this could be. I'm not sure if it could be bad or doesnt affect anything at all. Please let me know if I need to post pics. Thank you!!!

What color is the plug?
Is it above the ecu?
How many wires are going to it?

I'm thinking you are talking about the jumperharness for checking cel's. Could you get a picture?

The ECU and jumper connector are typically located behind the front passenger kick panel.
