how do i know if i have bad lower ball joints

Curious, what would make you wonder if you do?
Are you feeling vibrations in the pedals/steering wheel? Hearing noises? etc?

yes my passenger side wheel seems out of control when i hit a bump it sqeeks on that side and everything it just feels like the wheel is going to come of

Check for excess free play and a damaged boot.
