P2T-A11 Spliceing help
 

Iam tryin to figure out what the previous owner had hooked up to my car. The red w/ blue stripe wire has a splice connector attached w/ wire routed under drivers dash. Under the dash they ****ed in another wire. Now i have two wires under the dash ready to be plugged into something and I dont know what. Any answers would help. Thanx
