Default Sleeper?

I got an 89 civic with a B18 in it. the dumbass I bought it put on a Megan header and then stuck factory exhaust on it you know the 1" ****. I am one wondering but am pretty sure it is. Would putting 2" for the mid pipe and then switching to 2 1/4" on the S part back make it even quieter and what kind of muffler should I get. I was going to get a universal one but should I try some other brand? The goal here is a sleeper. Also currently there is a cone Super Street air filter directly on the TB. I was thinking of riggin up an accord airbox with a K&N air filter in it and then route an intake to the opening in the bumper? Right now the intake sounds bad ass but kind of gives me away. I used to have an elbow pipe that cleared all the way to behind the battery but you could still hear the intake. I am just looking for suggestions thank you.
