Default clutch master cylinder

ok so yesterday I changed the slave cylinder no problem, but when I go to do the master cylinder, I cant remove the pin thats holding the screw in. Its on the inside of the car connected to the clutch pedal.
How do you remove this pin?
its such a tight fit back there I cant see which way to pull it out

Helpful Hint: Include the year and model of your Civic in your signature.

You must first remove the cotter pin. This information should help:
