Default RE: is it worth it?

It depends on your long term goals. If you are going for super hp numbers then you need to k swap first then turbo. If you just want that extra kick, or say 350 or less, long term, then turbo. Are you ready for the extra maintanence of a turbo car? Ready to change all your driving habits? How bout the seemingly never ending string of piddly little problems? But I will tell ya, driving a turbo 7th gen is a hell of a lot of fun. I'm building mine in stages, shooting for about 350 hp when all is said and done. So it suites me and my budget. Figure out your personal situation and goals and go from there.

Honestly, no it's really not worth it.

If you want to turbo a car, buy a better platform.
