Default wow great start

o k . i just filled up my 08 civic ex for the first time , and what a surprise. i have been reading here that a few people are complaining about lower than stated mpg's. i did not know how far the fuel would go down b4 the low light would kick on ,and seeing gas at 3.89 a gln i decided to fill up. i had 3 bars/dots still . it stopped at 9.579 gllns so i still had over 3.5 left in tank. i averaged 36.568 that is combined city and hwy. 2 miles over every speed limit and with no ac and cruise used alot. i cant wait to see once car is broke in. i really have been changing my driving style . easing on gas and coasting to lights. i am used to getting 17 mpg at best in a 97 dodge ram truck. my savings alone pay for my car...............
