Default Xtronic CVT for hondas?

with some tuning and modifications can we put CVT in out trannys...they have them for manuals too...go here

http://www.nissan.com.au/cvt/ and click on "what is it" and it will tell u

then go to "how does it work" and click on "06 High speed passing"

that shows u what im talkin about....can we put that into our trannys to get quicker shifting and so the front end dont lower when u shift so u dont lose momentum?...
