If only the temp gauge doesn't work, start by disconnecting the temperature sending unit (located below and slightly forward of the distributor) connector and then grounding the single wire to the engine with the key turned to ON. The temperature gauge reading should rise (disconnect before it reaches max temp). If the temp reading doesn't rise, the problem is the gauge itself. If the temp reading rises, then the sending unit is bad.
So for the temp gauge, I disconnected it and stuck a wire inside the connector (so I didn't have to take it and re-strip it) and touched the wire to the top of the engine, turned the key to 'On' and the gauge did not move. Now, I'm assuming I must replace the gauge and hope they aren't too much.
Yeah, if the wire was making good electrical contact with the terminal of the sending unit connector and a metallic engine part, then the gauge itself is most likely bad. Another possibility is a bad wire running between the sending unit and temperature gauge, though this seems less likely if the wire looks fine.
The gauge is powered from the same circuit that runs the gas gauge and the speedometer (if it is a 1992 or later model with electronic speedometer). So if those still work but the temperature doesn't go up to hot when you ground out the wire, it has to be the gauge itself or the wiring.
On the horn, start by testing the horn itself by jumping it to the battery. They get corroded and quit. If the fuse, button, and cable reel are good you should hear the relay clicking under the dash when you press the button.

All other gauges work. I have a few dead lights in the dash (ex: door ajar) but other than that, everything works except the temp.
When I press the horn button on the steering wheel I do hear a clicking sound. I believe I hear it coming from right where I push it, meaning right behind the button or somewhere near there.
A couple fuse questions
