I have a 99 dx. Im gonna drop in a b seires engine witha matching tranny but i want to convert the sar from being an automatic to a stick. Is this a PITA or relitively easy. How should i go about this?

Well assuming the engine you put in has a manual tranny, that's half of the work right there. Here's the guide on it http://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_295187/tm.htm
It should be pretty much the same, but do some searching and make sure the wiring is the same. You'll need all the same parts that are listed in the guide.
