Default Front Driver side Wheel noise

Just started recently. I only notice it at low speeds, when I go over bumps. It probably is happening at high speeds, but I just cant hear it. The sound is a grinding/thud sound coming from the front left wheel, happens when the wheel is strait, left, or right. Loud over bumps. Took the wheel off, looked for anything hanging, saw nothing, everything looked intact.

Could it be wheel bearing? Sounds like from my research, that seems to be the most likley problem. Could it be anything else? Anyone got an idea of an repair estimate? Would appreciate some of your guyses inputs

Default RE: Front Driver side Wheel noise

Remove the wheel again and carefully inspect the strut (shock absorber, spring, and associated suspension) for loose components or damage.
