never had them, but i heard many complaints that the hydraulics fail a lot, and that the door is flimsy, and that the hinges can break and the door will fall off. Also it could be dangerous if you flip the car over and you cant get out.

the "good" ones from vertical doors are like $1500. I was going to get them myself but then I saw how they actually worked and decided to pass.

^ I don't think they open as far as standard doors,so you'd be able to park closer to things and not have to sort of half-open the door and slither out lol

anyways, I think dan is still selling his lambo door kit in his for sale thread... he's a pretty d**m cool seller

wow i didn't know that they would be that flimsy, the door was not smooth at all while moving it open and closed, that vid did not help them sell any.

there is nothing wrong with vertical doors, and lambo's aren't the only car to use that design. I just hate how generic they look for civics. You have to push the door out, raise, lower, pull in. It should be one fluid movement out and up and one back down and in. Not where you have to manually push out, then raise.

dude, chill the f**k out... I don't remember him asking what you thought about lambo doors... If I remember correctly, he asked about potential problems with them.
