Problem fixed... i went to honda got a new bolt (6$!!!! for a BOLT)

Took the valve cover off

Grabbed a 12mm box wrench with an extention

put it at the base of the bolt (near the head)...

It was in an accident... the carfax report didnt tell me where, but im guessing the driver side because it has a newer headlight (newer as in clearer, the other one was yellow b4 i restored it) the...

nope I didn't clearcoat it bcuz I wanted it to be flat so that it would match the rims. I think they look fine
