I just purchased a 1998 civic lx. It is fitted with a very basic pursuit alarm system (PRO94BT2). I was thinking of installing a trunk kit to make it keyless too, but was wondering if there already is a wire I could hookup to the system to do that. Also, whether it is worth buying a trunk kit (and possibly a spare remote since it came w only one) or should I just buy a new car alarm system. Ebay has many < $50. I have no idea how much hassle would the installation be.

Suggestions?
