yo,just wondering does any1 no if the 99 civic ls coupe is a vtec?

I'm going to assume you mean a civic LX and not LS and if so then no they are not VTec engines. They are a 1.6L SOHC Non Vtec

no i mean LS as i own 1.its a UK version 1.6civic lscoupe


as i get up the revs it has the sound change same as other hondas so i just want 2 make sure its a vtec

the easiest way to tell is ifthere is a vtec selonoid. if your looking at you motor strait on the selonoid will be right behind the head on the left hand side. the top of has like a black cap. if not google is your best freind
