Default upper radiator hose

today i was looking at my new d15b vtec motor and realized that the little peice that the upper radiator hose clamps on to is broken its not on the block i see like three screws holding this little piece on thats left could i replace that and what is the name of it.

not sure of the name of it but i dont believe its needed really..... mine had half the plastic holder part busted off and it didnt effect anything...
i think its more of just a holder to keep it away from the stock intake air box.
but any local honda dealership should have it... i dont see it being over 20bucks brand new...
