Mirror options for sedans

I have an EX sedan and thought I could get some ctr mirrors but it says they only fit on 2drs. Is there anything I can do with my stock mirrors, I am thinking a fresh coat of silver paint. Is that my only option?? If so that sucks but I suppose it will look clean.
