Rims for my car

I am driving a 04 Civic LX and after I finish paying it off I was thinking of getting some new rims for it....anyone have any suggestions as to what kind would look good on my car?

I have the same problem but only in these cold chicago winters. As soon as the car gets warmer its fine so I just ignore it.
