I have an '04 value package sedan. I know that automatics are weak but I've got a hellacious commute through the city. Does anyone know if they make shift kits or controllers for the civic automatic? Getting used to a slushbox is hard enough but this tranny feels like it's filled with custard.

try the guys at level 10. they offer auto tranny rebuilds for high hp applications all the way to basic performance builds.
