Short ram doesn't fit
 

I have an '02 Civic EX.
I bought a short ram for it yesterday and installed it, which was a pain in the ass.
My problem being, it sits about a quarter of an inch too high, and when I start the car, it rattles against the hood.
Anybody have any opinions on the best way to fix this?
Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

next time dont buy a ram, stick with a cai, if i could help you i would but i dono. It could just be that the manufacutuar sucks or perhaps got the wrong product. sorry to hear that, **** like that pisses me off!!
