hmmmmmn i had a 95 escort 4dr with a jdm turbo 323 motor in it. not a very hard swap by any means and makes for one hella sleeper.

with the bigger block comes more tq. its really up to you. if you intend on keeping the 1.5 i suggest doing the 5spd conversion......something along the lines of a zc 1-5 and an si final to keep that...

currently im running a 2.25" custom cat back. i am running a resonator in the system along with a dynomax muffler. now the exh system looks stock as well as sounds stock with a slight low end growl.

nitrous is good for 3 things. aiding in spool time, cooling down a fmic, tq producion. if you dont know how to use it or tune it IMO then its a waste of money.

i say it varies upon clutch, tires, driving etc. a racing clutch will put more stress on your gears than anything. now ive had a few instances where 2nd gear has shattered on me runnin a 100hp n/a...

as far as holding the button down too long. that could prove to be true as the more nitrous time, the hotter the combustion chamber will get. nitrous burns hotter than forced induction.
