Default Need some opinions

Well i am looking for some feedback on different ideas to modify my 2005 Honda Civic LX, i have alredy tinted 27%, and added a Bomx Racing Cold Air Intake. I was thinking of a Magnaflow Cat Back Exhaust. Please educate me your wealths of knowledge.

Work on all the ins and outs first. Meaning, where air starts tp flow in and then where it exits. Do all af that first

An intake and cat back is a good idea.....but wheels and springs are the best lookin functional mod you can do right off the bat.
