Default 00 Civic EX tears a Neon up

A friend of mine has a Dodge Neon with nothing on it. I have a 00' EX Civic with an intake, header, exhaust, 9.3mm plug wires, and NGK plugs. We decided to race on some back road one day and WOW. I blew him away. I didn't know much about Neons at the time but I've since found out that they come stock with like 150hp. It was fun. I started to slow down at the end and he kept on it and so then I stepped on it again and still stayed in front of him. It's a great feeling...even tho Neons are really slow lol.

i think that the SXT neon, which is a sites and sounds package, is only 132hp...so the RT may have been 150...

I don't know of any respectable car that is lighter than a civic. Even lotus elise is heavier. I'm thinking maybe geo metro or ford festive, but these are hardly respectable
