Default Exterior de-modding

I bought a white'90 LX 4 door and lets see...so far have removed the 1 ft. x 1 ft. Honda "H" from the rear window. I removed the silver "CIVIC" decals from the door handles, and removed the 2 foot long"H HONDA" decal from the hood <IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"></P>

But the darn wiper arms are still blue, as well as about 14 different interior pieces...I'll get to those in due time. I want to stomp this damn ricer stereotype as much as one man can, an uphill battle no doubt.<IMG src=smileys/smiley19.gif border="0"></P>

Yeah I should've snapped some before pics for a good laugh, oh well. Today I finally painted those wiper arms, they're black now. Got rid of the cheesy all plastic double blade wipers too. Also installed a remote starter w/locks in my baby today, WooHoo!

This is in conjunction of removing emblems...</P>

I recently purchased my Civic from Carmax and of course they had to put their emblem on the car. How hard is it to strip that off? Also will these 2002 Civic Type-R emblems (front &amp; rear) fit onto my 1998 Civic EX? What is required to remove the stock H emblems and replace them with these?</P>

you can get the car max label off by heating it up with your girlfriends hairdryer to heat up the adheasive and pulling it off then cleaning the area with rubbing alcohol to get the rest of the adheasive off. as far as using the badges i dont see why they would not work they are just held on by little plastic clips in the grille and trunk lid. jsut give it a try and let us know.

Hey, why you hijacking my post, when did I say anything about removing emblems? Start your own damn post! j/k dude <IMG src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0"> </P>

Oh man, I found more rice on my new ride I didn't know about. What was this "stealth rice" you ask?The bulbs in the clear section of my corner lenses and the bulbs in the directionals down in the bumper are freakin' BLUE! The dealership put an inspection sticker on this car when it hadblue bulbs in the blinkers and corner lenses, WTF! I could have been pulled over at any time and gotten a fix-it ticket or a real damn actual ticket for that garbage. "I'm sorry officer, I just bought the car and didn't know they were there." What cops gonna beleive that line!</P><edited><editID>USDMED3</editID><editDate>38101.929525463</editDate></edited>
