Default OBD1 or OBD2???

I have a 1995 civic DX coupe, is it OBD1, or OBD2? and i would like to know what kind of restrictions are on both.

obd1, and the obd2 is harder to tune with. its not that big of a deal anymore though, they are finding ways around it. if possible, stick with obd1.
