Default B16a2 (obd2b) into 92 si hatch (obd1)

What exactly would be required as far as wiring to swap in the b16a2 (from an 99 si) into a 92 si which is obd1? i've looked around and read conflicting info.

and what are these conversion harnesses?

thanks

FastFwd, can you throw some tips my way?

did you use the engine harness from the obd2 si? or do you use one of those adaptor harnesses? or both?

for running a different kind of injector. there are two kinds, saturated, and Peak and Hold. if you change to the other kind, you need a resistor box.

thanks.

so will the 99-00 si harness and ecu work? would i still need to use the hasport adaptor harness? and when do you have to swap injector plugs and distributor?

the reason for all this is that i will be getting my friends si engine, trans, etc cheap when he swaps. too good to pass up, plus "i know where its been." just want to see if its worth the hassle to swap into an obd1 car.

wait, i have read that the 99-00 si harnesses are 1 piece, so not good for swap?

so,
1. can i use the eg harness with a adaptor harness from hasport? would anything else have to be modified; injector plugs, alternator plug, etc?

2. or would i be able to use a obd2b integra harness since tegs and eg's are the "same" sort of? would they be 2 piece harnesses also? would i need a hasport adaptor? if so, which one?

im not sure exactly what you need, but Hasport has it. they have anything you might need that is honda swap related.
