Default H-Brace

Ebay has these "H-Braces" that mount on the underside front of the civic, has anyone installed one, or does anyone know if they are worth buying?

i guess you cant go wrong for 29$. it wont hurt anything but i dunno if it will help either. now on a convertible it makes a huge difference.
