Default suspension: coil-over springs help

i have a 95 civic and it has adjustable coil-over springs. i just got new tires and lifted it a little bit. we keep hearing a rubbing or scraping noise. can anyone tell me what i could do to fix this?

sounds like its just loose. Check all the bolts again.
