Default which swap to get from HMO

Ok well I'm new to the whole swap scene and I've been reading. I was looking over at HMO for full swaps. I'm looking to go FI in the future. They have the b18c 96-97 type-R swap with lsd and everything then they have the b18c 94-97 gsr swap plus exra 300 if I want lsd. My question is if I decide to go FI which one will be a better choice?

The type-R is said to have 200 hp 134 tq but with a 11.1 CR and the GSR has 180 hp 123 tq with a 10.6 JDM or 10.1 USDM . If you think I should go with the GSR which do you think I should go with JDM or USDM?

Also is it ok to run the type-R motor at boost under 10 psi with the higher compression ratio? If I do the swap I'll be low on cash untill I save for a turbo. Do you think I should go with the type-R because it has 200 hp and 134 tq?

so you think i should order the b18c JDM and then go to the junk yard and find a b16 head? or should i just order this one and be done with it since its got 185 hp and 117 tq. http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30006

also will i have any problems with this motor with the install? i think it should be just a drop in no problems.
