-Adobe Photoshop
-Adobe Photoshop Elements (Which is a watered down version of PS)
-Adobe Illustrator
-Paint Shop Pro
-MS paint (Ha ha, what a joke of a program)
-Painter
Those are the best. www.limewire.com might have a hookup.
Orrrrrr just search for warez on the internet. Right?

Assuming you think that stealing is wrong... then I would suggest Paint Shop Pro. You can usually find it for less than $60, and it does almost everything you could ever want.

There is a free 30 day demo you can find here(or at least there used to be):

http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satelli...=1047024307383

Centainly not as super-cool as PhotoShop, but about $500 bucks less.
