Default dc headers

i found this on ebay, is this a good price.

headers

also if this is installed, do you still have to use a cat and just run pipe to muffler, or do you use a high flow cat and high flow exhaust?

[sm=welcomesign.gif] to HCF. [sm=groupwave.gif][sm=groupwave.gif][sm=groupwave.gif]

For $315 plus shipping, you'd think they would show you more than just a bunch of boxes!
I think you can get em cheaper.

The "B" pipe of that header, which is the pipe that connects to the exhaust, has its own "cat" so no it should just bolt right on to the existing exhaust, but its always good to upgrade everything to hi-flo, for example check out this thread, this is what will happen to you once you install the header.

Haven't got to install the cat yet, just got it from Fedsucks today. *I hate Fedex with a passion* anywho, between my schedule and the ONLY guy in my area I found who will install it and give me a decent price, it won't get installed till the 13th, but from what many others on this forum have said it will fix it. I'll let you know on the 13th.

4-1 is more top end...drag racing apps. 4-2-1 is mid end power.

Yeh. most people buy the 4-2-1 for street use. Racers use the 4-1.

Would it be a big difference if I get the 4-1 header instead? What would be the benefits and consequences?
