Even tho I love the Tein SS setup, I rather have my ride be smooth than stiff. It will be for daily driving only, so what is the best setup in my case using drop springs. with the adjustable struts/coilovers you can throw all comfort out the window. If you want something smoother try the Tein H-tech.... Its less of a drop and everyone I know who has them are pretty satisfied with the ride comfort.

 

I'll take a look at the Tein's. What else would I need to go with the drop springs besides new shocks? I suppose going with the springs instead of the struts/coilover setup will be cheaper. Btw, how much of a drop will the Tein's give me? Anything around 1.5-2" F/R will be enuf for me.</P>


Edit: Well, I have decided to go with the S-Tech springs (if I go with Tein) since they give me a drop of 1.9 (F) and 1.7 (R). Ppl on other forums seem to love them as well. you will eventually need new shocks, but your stock ones will be fine for a while... If u dont have the loot to get both right now. Remember to get an alignment when your done

 

the alignment is a must. after iinstalled the roush susp. kit on the stang i dont think the outter 3 inches of the wheels were on the ground. it was soo far off i needed ccplates. but i got lucky and put them on with the susp anyway. saved a lot of time and $$$$

 

I've read that stock shocks will wear out within 3-5 months after putting on drop springs (this is on average). Since I will only be using the car as a daily driver, should I not get adjustable shocks (Koni or Tokico) and just get the cheaper ones?
