Hey everyone:
Just bought a 98 EX 5-speed Coupe last week. Didn't come with an owners manual, so I'm sure I'll be hanging around here for a while learning all the basic stuff. My ex (as in ex-wife) had a 91 Civic VX. Wrenched on it a little, but not a whole lot. Very reliable car for the 9-10 years we had it.
Calculated my first gas mileage results in the EX last night. Got 28.3 MPG. I was expecting a little better, but that was a mixture of city and highway with the AC on all the time. Eng is completely stock as far as I can tell. Need to get a few more MPG measurements and averege them.
Will probably install a CAI soon, but not expecting to do any serious mods to this car since it's mainly my commuter car. (I have a 383 TPI Camaro for fun. Only thing stock on it's eng is the dipstick :)
Only thing I'm currently trying to address is the headlight aiming. I've posted a question under general stuff.
