Default Turbonator?? is it worth $70

I saw this ad on this website for the turbonator thing. It suppose to add 20-35 hp and save gas for only $70. www.turbonator.com is the site and another one alike http://www.spiralmax.com . It is worth the money?

Have you head those stupid testimonials about adding 2-4 turbonators on a car? Honestly how retarded is that, spend close to $500 on intake windmills?
