The Pen and tablet is cool too. I never use it unless i'm dealing with something that's really very curvy. Usually I just use the pen tool in illustrator. Or I draw something and then scan it and ish...

Did you want it cartoonish like that? See how the connecting rod is bent? Or do you want it realistic?
